Born and bred in Yorkshire, England, Emma brings 20 years of accounting experience to her role as General Manager of Last Spike. Emma knows first-hand the struggles and successes of operating a brewery making her the perfect person to oversee day-to-day activities.

Evan's technical operational and business development experience in a variety of industries has been combined with his brewing and distilling experience to lead the operations of Last Spike Brewery. From recipe development and production planning to process optimization and delivering quality products, Evan works with the Last Spike Brewery team to continue brewing and packaging award winning beer.
